We supplement the special machinery division with our own manufacturing capabilities for machining and also for the production of welded assemblies.
Today, Plan B Precision Machining not only manufactures for its own requirements but also supplies individual and small batches to well-known customers as contract production. In order to be able to meet the increasing demand, our production team and the machine shops are being constantly expanded.

Certified quality - from individual to small series
CNC-Milling and Turning
Our strength lies in the production of individual components and small batches of up to 250 parts.
Using modern milling machines, we process workpieces of up to 50 x 600 x 500mm 5-axes simultaneously. We produce lath turned parts up to 360mm in diameter and 1000mm in length.
We can react quickly with offline-programming requirements. Connected between CAD / CAM we work both economically and reliably.
Through rigorous controls and efficient quality management (DIN 9001:2008), we guarantee consistently high quality.

Constructional steelwork and welding
As a specialised company, we have a competent and qualified team for the welding of machine frames, support structures and containers, steel, premium steels and aluminium.
We offer all common welding procedures (according to EN ISO 14731 International Welding Specialist IWS) e.g. MIG, MAG, WIG or with electrode.

Module Assembly
Do you need pre-assembled modules?
We also manufacture complex modules in accordance with your requirements. This includes all necessary mechanical processing, procurement management for purchased components and fabrication to provide a complete solution.
Utilising our competence in planning and mechanical engineering from our business divisions, we are able to develop the necessary manufacturing equipment to meet your requirements, mount your product on it and ensure the required level of quality through stringent measures.
