Assembly trolleys are used in industry to transport assemblies, components, tools, etc. The assembly trolleys can be very simple or very complex in their design. They range from simple assembly tables with rollers that have to be moved by human power to trolleys with a drive system.
Plan B specialises in assembly trolleys with electric drive systems. We offer our drive-supported assembly trolleys for particularly heavy loads under the brand name WorkflowLiner™ .
With the WorkflowLiner™ , for example, heavy assemblies can be transported to processing stations that are located in a flexibly linked line without great effort.
Manually pulled assembly trolleys and tool trolleys are usually used for smaller and lighter assemblies. The design is often workpiece-specific, i.e. specifically adapted to the workpieces or tools to be transported.
Load carriers for storing components and feeding them to processing stations are designed more for transporting goods than for processing the workpieces on them. The focus here is on transport technology.
All systems have one thing in common: they are used to transport all types of goods from a starting point to a destination. The goods can remain on the trolley for the processing steps or can be removed for processing and then returned to the assembly trolley.
